Birth Doula Services & Support
My role is to provide steady support, thoughtful preparation, and unwavering advocacy so you can move through this experience feeling informed, empowered, and cared for. Together, we'll create a support plan that meets you where you are, and adapts to what you need along the way.
Standard Birth Doula Package:
Two prenatal visits to deepen connection and prepare for birth & early postpartum — includes birth plan, comfort measures, and education
Ongoing phone & text support throughout your pregnancy for addressing questions & connecting you to additional resources
24/7 on-call availability (text/call) from 38-42 weeks
Continuous in-person labor and birth support, and 1-2 hours of postpartum support directly after birth to help you settle and integrate
One postpartum visit during your baby’s first week to process your birth, check in on recovery & adjustment, and connect you with additional resources if desired
Price: $2000
Additional Support*
Some families benefit from extra space to prepare, process, or receive ongoing support. Additional prenatal sessions can be arranged based on your individual needs and goals.
Additional postpartum support may also be available and can include newborn care education, feeding support, emotional processing, practical household support, resource referrals, and dedicated time for any other questions.
