Birth Doula Services and Support
My role is to provide steady support, thoughtful preparation, and unwavering advocacy so you can move through this experience feeling informed, empowered, and cared for. Together, we'll create a support plan that meets you where you are and adapts to what you need along the way.
Standard Birth Package
Whether you plan to give birth at a birthing center, hospital or at home, I’m here to to support you every step of the way.

I work uniquely with each client, and we can tailor these prenatal visits to your specific needs. Visits are a great opportunity to build our connection as a team, and will typically include the following:
Planning & Prep: We’ll discuss your birthing plan and preferences, walk through comfort measures for each stage of labor, and address what feels most important for you in order to feel supported during the remainder of your pregnancy, labor, birth and early postpartum
Education: Together, we will make sure you feel empowered by understanding what to expect for the remainder of your pregnancy, comfort measures to use during pre-labor and labor, and how to keep yourself as healthy as possible leading up to your delivery date + postpartum
Additional Resources & Recs: I will work with you to make sure you have the support you need, and am happy to make recommendations to my favorite practitioners in your area (chiros, acupuncturists, PTs, lactation consultants, medical providers, etc)
Mindfulness: This can be such an incredible tool as you prepare for birth. I am happy to work with you on powerful and subtle techniques to help you ground deeper into your mind and body to help you stay present and connected with yourself

I am always available for additional support and questions via call/text from 9am - 5pm.
Once you are at 38 weeks , we consider this the “on call” window and you can reach out at any time. If you go into labor before 38 weeks I’m automatically on-call. -
At 38 weeks this is considered officially my “on call” window. I will be available 24/7 if anything comes up leading up to your labor.

During labor, I’ll make sure you feel supported emotionally and physically throughout the process. I’ll work with your providers to advocate for your birthing preferences, and hold what’s important to you at the center of the experience. -
I’m always happy to take photos for you during labor, birth, and early postpartum. I typically will take these on your phone, or a friend or family member’s phone.
